The Coordinator of Graduate Employability at the Entrepreneurial Development & Graduate Employability Centre (EDGE) at UPSI typically has several key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Development: Design and implement programs aimed at enhancing graduate employability skills.

  2. Career Services: Provide career counseling, resume workshops, and interview preparation for students.

  3. Industry Collaboration: Build partnerships with employers to create internship and job placement opportunities.

  4. Skills Assessment: Evaluate the employability skills of graduates and identify areas for improvement.

  5. Event Coordination: Organize career fairs, networking events, and workshops to connect students with industry professionals.

  6. Monitoring and Reporting: Track graduate employment outcomes and prepare reports on employability initiatives.

  7. Resource Development: Create materials and resources to support students in their job search and career development.

Skills Required:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of labor market trends and employability strategies
    • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
    • Organizational and project management skills

The Coordinator of Entrepreneurship at the Entrepreneurial Development & Graduate Employability Centre (EDGE) at UPSI typically has several key responsibilities:

 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Coordination: Organizing and managing entrepreneurship training programs and workshops for students.

  2. Student Engagement: Encouraging student participation in entrepreneurial activities and initiatives.

  3. Support Services: Providing guidance and resources to aspiring entrepreneurs, including business plan development and funding opportunities.

  4. Collaboration: Working with industry partners and stakeholders to create networking opportunities and mentorship programs.

  5. Event Management: Planning and executing events such as entrepreneurship competitions, hackathons, and seminars.

  6. Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking program outcomes and student progress, and preparing reports for the director.

  7. Resource Development: Creating and maintaining resources, materials, and toolkits to support entrepreneurial education.

Skills Required:
